I've been using this 49mm polarizer on my vintage prime lens, and the HGX Prime glass really cuts glare on reflections without adding any noticeable color cast. It's nice to finally get deep blue skies and clean water shots straight out of the camera.

The threads on this 49mm circular polarizer are smooth and precise, no wobble when screwing onto my lens. It cuts glare effectively without shifting color, making skies pop in a natural way. Exactly the clarity I was hoping for from the HGX Prime series.

I was worried this filter would add noticeable glare, but the multi-coating is doing a great job cutting reflections off wet leaves. Colors on my landscape shots are richer without looking fake, and it threads smoothly without binding. Definitely made my outdoor photos pop more than I expected.
