The soft silicone is genuinely a step up from the stock rubber—my glasses don’t get smudged as much, and it stays put even after a long day of shooting. It’s a perfect fit for the Sony eyecup mount, and the price felt fair for what you get.

Switched from my old eyecup because it kept slipping, and the soft silicone on this one actually stays put. It’s much more comfortable against my glasses, and the fit on the Sony mount is spot-on.

This eyecup fits perfectly on my Sony viewfinder and the soft silicone is much more comfortable against my glasses than the original hard plastic. It stays put securely too, which is a nice improvement.
