Promaster 9974 200ST-R/ ST1N (Nikon)

The receiver locks onto my Nikon body without any fiddling, and the tilt head swivels smoothly for bouncing off ceilings during a shoot. TTL exposure has been spot-on in mixed lighting, which saves me tons of time editing.

I’ve been using this flash for event work and the quick recycle time really keeps me from missing shots. The built-in diffuser gives a nice soft spread too.

The tilting head makes it easy to bounce light off ceilings for softer portraits, and the build feels solid enough for regular use. I've been getting consistent exposures with my Nikon body, no fussing with manual settings. Definitely a step up from relying on the pop-up flash.
