The locking mechanism on this clamp is reassuringly solid, and it rotates smoothly for panning shots without any jerky movement. It fits my quick release plate perfectly and feels well-machined all around.

The locking mechanism on this clamp is rock-solid, and I love how smoothly it rotates for panoramas. It fits perfectly with my existing quick release plates and has made my landscape shots much more precise.
