The magnetic quick-release plate makes swapping between tripod and handheld use incredibly fast, and the grip itself gives my X100V a much-needed secure hold. I've been using it for a week now and it's already transformed how comfortable the camera feels during long walks.

I was worried the camera might feel too bulky with the handle attached, but the aluminum build is surprisingly light and the extra grip makes one-handed shooting much more comfortable. The bottom plate also gives me a solid tripod mount point without needing to remove the handle.

The grip is solid and the L-shape gives my fingers a natural resting spot, which makes one-handed shooting feel way more secure. It’s a simple add-on, but it’s solved the main annoyance I had with the camera’s slick body.
