Sony FE 2x Teleconverter

I was worried about image quality with a 2x extender, but this used one is tack sharp and doubles my lens reach perfectly. Autofocus is still fast on my body, making wildlife shots way easier to frame.

This little black box fits securely between my camera body and lens, noticeably preserving sharpness and autofocus speed even with the 2x magnification. I took it birding yesterday and was surprised by how well it locked onto a distant hawk.

I mounted this on my 200-600mm lens and the autofocus is still quick enough to track flying herons, even in overcast light. The extra reach saved me from having to crop heavily in post, and for a used unit, the glass is pristine with no dust issues.
