The glass is spotless for a used lens and the autofocus is snappy, even if it's the older non-stabilized version. Having the 100-day warranty gave me peace of mind, and it feels solid enough for everyday shooting.

Picked this up as a budget walk-around lens and was honestly surprised by how clean the glass is for a used item – no scratches or haze at all. The zoom ring turns smoothly, and the 100-day warranty gives me peace of mind for the price.

The autofocus hunts a bit in low light, which I expected from a non-IS version, but for the price and the included 100-day warranty it's hard to beat. Perfectly fine as a starter lens to learn on.
