I was a bit nervous buying used, but the gimbal arrived with only minor scuffs that don't affect performance at all—the motor response feels just as smooth as a new unit.

Setup was easier than I expected even for a used unit, and the joystick control feels incredibly smooth for panning shots. The pre-owned condition shows a few scuffs on the arm, but everything functions perfectly for professional work.

The focus wheel is really smooth, and the quick-release plates make setup so much faster. There's a tiny scuff on the handle, but it doesn't affect performance at all. For the price, this is a solid step up from handheld shooting.
