Traded in my old kit lens for this wide-angle zoom and the difference is night and day—the included hood and rear cap were a nice bonus, plus it focuses much faster than I expected for a used lens.

The glass is spotless and the autofocus is surprisingly quiet for a lens this age, which makes it perfect for street shots. Even with the hood attached, it's compact enough to toss in a small bag. That 100-day warranty gives me some peace of mind, too.

The zoom ring moves buttery smooth for a lens this age, and the hood locks on snugly. It arrived looking exactly like the photos, with the glass spotless and the 100-day warranty giving me peace of mind.
