The right-hand grip locks in solidly through the tripod mount and gives my fingers a natural resting spot that completely changes how steady I feel shooting one-handed. It's a small addition but the improved stability is immediately noticeable, especially during slower street shots.

I was a little worried the extra bulk would feel awkward, but the grip actually molds perfectly to my hand and makes shooting with heavier lenses much more stable.
