Leica 9cm f4 GmbH Wetzlar d'occasion **À LIRE**

I was a bit nervous buying a used lens but the aperture blades are snappy and the glass shows only minor cleaning marks that don't affect image quality. The helical focus ring is smooth and precise, exactly what you'd expect from a classic Wetzlar piece.

I was worried about buying a used lens online, but the glass on this 9cm f4 is surprisingly clear with no haze or scratches I can see. The focus ring turns smoothly, which tells me it was well cared for despite the seller's disclaimer. It'll be a great addition to my vintage kit for portraits.

The packaging was beat-up and the listing warned about wear, but the glass itself is surprisingly clean for something this old. Mounted it on my digital body and the focus ring moves smooth as butter for a pre-war design. Exactly the quirky character I was hoping for.
