The HP402 holder clicks onto my Mamiya 645 perfectly, and the included manual made setup a breeze. It’s mint with no scratches, and the 100-day warranty gives me peace of mind for a used piece.

Came shrink-wrapped in its original box with the manual tucked inside, exactly as described. The mint condition is no joke—the film back clicks into my 645 with zero wiggle, and the 100-day warranty is a nice safety net for something this age.
