Nikon 15mm F5.6 Ai Nikkor-QD*C

The front cap being modified was a bit of a surprise, but it fits securely and doesn’t affect the lens at all. Glass is spotless, focus ring turns buttery smooth, and the included rear cap and hood mean it’s ready to shoot straight out of the box.

The front cap might be modified, but it fits snugly, so no complaints here. The glass is spotless and the aperture ring clicks with that satisfying, precise feel you want on a wide-angle. Tested it on a walk and the sharpness at f/8 is just stunning for such a compact lens.

The front cap's been modified to fit, but it sits snugly and the hood is a welcome bonus. I've been shooting with it for a week and the glass is spotless—the images are razor sharp edge to edge. For a used copy with a 100-day warranty, this is exactly what I hoped for.
