The 2.6-foot cord is the perfect length—I can trigger bulb exposures from a steady spot without leaning in and bumping the tripod. It’s dead simple, feels solid, and completely removes that shutter-press micro-shake for macro shots. Exactly what I needed.

I've been using this remote switch for macro shots and it's nice not to have to touch the camera body. The 2.6ft cord gives just enough reach for close-up work, and it works exactly like the shutter button. Only minor complaint is the cord could be a bit longer for more complex setups.
