Was a bit worried this wouldn't fit my lens properly, but the threading is smooth and it locks on tight. Getting tack-sharp macro shots of a penny's edge now, with way more control than holding a lens backwards.

I finally got around to trying macro shots with this ring, and the reverse mounting locks on securely with zero wobble. Even with my heavier lens, it feels solid and lets me get incredibly close to tiny subjects.
