The fixed jaw at the end of the threaded rod is a genius design for wedging into corners where my other clamps just can't reach, and it held a heavy light stand without any give. The 55lb capacity gives me real confidence even when I’m working overhead.

Finally got this clamp for a tricky overhead rigging spot where my standard clamps wouldn't fit, and the fixed jaw at the end of the threaded rod made all the difference.
