Promaster 4340 32" Translucent Reflector

I was impressed by how evenly this 32" diffuser softens my studio strobes—no harsh hot spots at all. It's lightweight and packs flat, which makes it super easy to toss in my bag for location shoots.

Used this outside for a portrait shoot and it really softened the harsh midday sun nicely. The 32-inch size is great for headshots but still easy to hold with one hand. Zero hotspots and the light spread was even across my subject's face.
