The textured writable surface is a fantastic idea—I can finally note which lens is in the box without digging out a label maker. It clicks on securely and fits perfectly on all my Micro 4/3 lenses.

Finally, a rear cap with a proper write-on surface — I used a sharpie to label mine immediately. The plastic feels sturdy enough for daily use, and it clicks on securely every time.

The matte write-on surface is surprisingly handy—I scribbled the focal length with a sharpie and it wiped off clean. The fit on my lens mount is snug and secure, no wobble or play at all.
