The glass is pristine despite the scratch on the window, and it focuses fast enough for birds in flight. That 100-day warranty gave me peace of mind on a used purchase, and the included hood is a nice bonus.

Adam O. ★★★★★ Oct 21, 2026

I was a bit worried buying used, but the included hood and rear cap made it feel complete, and the 100-day warranty gave me peace of mind. The screw for the tripod mount is solid, so it mounts perfectly steady for wildlife shots.

The scratch on the top window is barely noticeable in practice, and the autofocus is lightning fast for tracking birds in flight. Paired with the hood, this lens feels solid and well-built for its age. The 100-day warranty gave me enough peace of mind to pull the trigger.
