Michael ★★★★★

Picked this up used and the autofocus is impressively quiet and fast compared to my old kit lens. The VR actually lets me handhold shots at 300mm that used to require a tripod.

Stella J. ★★★★★

The vibration reduction is a game-changer for handheld shots at the long end—I got sharp results at 300mm even in dimming light. Autofocus is definitely quick and quiet, a big upgrade from my older telephoto lens.

Violet K. ★★★★★

I've been using this lens for wildlife shots and the autofocus is impressively fast, even in lower light conditions. The VR really helps keep things sharp at 300mm without a tripod.
