Finally got rid of the flare I was seeing in bright backlit portraits, the deep matte interior really does its job. Snaps on securely and feels sturdy for the price.

Took a few shots into the sun and the difference is immediate—no more washed-out haze, just deeper contrast and richer color in the frame. Snaps on tight with a firm click, and the bayonet mount feels secure enough for daily use.

Honestly wasn't sure if a lens hood would make that much difference, but this one snaps on securely and my outdoor shots definitely have less washed-out sky glare. It's been perfect for blocking stray light.
