The bayonet mount clicks into place perfectly on my 10-22mm, and it’s cut down the flare I used to get in bright sunlight. Exactly what I needed to protect the front element, and the build feels solid for the price.

The hood snaps on securely and makes a huge difference in glare when shooting outdoors with my 17-40mm. It’s built solid, fits perfectly without any wobble, and the price was right for Canon glass protection.

The bayonet mount clicks in with a satisfying, solid snap on my 10-22mm, and the petal shape really cuts down on flare when I'm shooting into the sun on bright days. I've left it on permanently since it fits snugly and doesn't add much bulk to the lens.
