The bayonet mount locks in place with a satisfying click, and the matte interior cuts glare perfectly during golden hour shots. It’s rigid enough to feel durable but stays lightweight on the lens.

The bayonet mount clicks into place perfectly on my Canon body, just like the original. It feels sturdy and blocks stray light effectively for the price. Exactly what I needed as a simple replacement hood.

I was worried about getting a cheap replacement, but this hood clicks on with satisfying precision. It cuts out glare from side light sources effectively, which has improved my outdoor shots noticeably.
